Information We Collect
EGTF collects personal data only when you provide it directly: via our contact form (name, organization, email, subject, message) or when corresponding with us by email. We do not employ passive tracking technologies beyond standard server-side access logs.
How We Use Your Information
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We may share contact information internally among EGTF staff where necessary to respond to your enquiry.
Legal Basis (GDPR)
We process personal data on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and managing institutional relationships) and consent where applicable. You may withdraw consent or request deletion at any time by contacting [email protected].
Data Retention
Contact form data is retained for as long as necessary to address your enquiry, typically no more than 12 months. Correspondence relating to formal partnerships, fellowships, or institutional agreements may be retained for up to seven years for institutional records purposes.
Cookies
We use browser localStorage to store your cookie consent preference (key: egtf_cookie_consent). We may use privacy-respecting analytics. See our Cookie Policy.
Your Rights
EEA/UK residents have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port personal data we hold. Contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority.
